We had Susan take our family photo's this year, they turned out great! Everyone was a good sport. My, time flys. It seems just like yesterday that we had our last photo's taken. The kido's look so big compared to last year, especially Hunter. Wow, he has gotten big. He is starting to look like a young mann, instead of my little hunter boy. Aspen just turned 6 in october & is growing tall, all of her pants are high waters compared to last year. Kylee will be 9 on December 20th. That is sicking too. She is maturing into a young lady also. Well yes, Andy & I getting older too! DANG!!! Thanks Susan for the Grovee photo's you took, we love them!!

My dad Ronald lane Staples, turned 68 on november 18. we all met at paul's to eat for his birthday this year. it was really fun. my dad is such an awesome man. i love him very much. i am his youngest of 6 children. he has been a great dad to me always. i idolize him for his unconditional love that he has for all of his kids. he is such a awesome influence in hunter's life. hunter looks up to grandpa ron & wants to grow up & be just like him! i hope he does & i will have no worries!!! i love you dad & happy birthday & many more to come!

Andy & i left 4 the general buck deer hunt on thursday oct. 16th. i finally drew a tag this year, the first time in 6 years. i was pretty excited. i took a few days off work 2 make a trip of it. our kido's were with their other parents this weekend so it was just andy & i. kole & dara met up with us on friday. we got out to utah hill on thursday, found our camp site & unloaded the rhino & headed 4 the hills 2 scout for deer. friday morning we sited our guns in & scouted 4 deer agian. later kole got there with his trailer. dara came later that night after work. on saturday, the first day of the hunt we got up early & hiked up a huge hill. by 10:00am hadn't seen any thing. later that evening we went out & found a couple 2 points & a three point. they were all pretty small. sunday morning andy & i took the rhino down in some desert territory were all the rolling hills are. he kept telling me there are big deer in here. i said yeah, yeah... then outta no where my big buck came up over the riveen. so we hurried down the road & cut him off & got in front of him. well that's that... i got my buck! i was soo excited, thanks andy boy for the great hunt i loved it!

ABOUT MY NEW HOBBY !

" I'm LoViN mY nEw FaVoRiTe HoBBy, CyCliNg ! "

Well i thought i would do a post on my new favorite hobby! So here go's, back in Feb. a friend @ my work ( my supervisor ), Kim Johnson, asked if i would be interested in going rode cycling with her & her husband once in awhile. Well, rode bikes are not cheap, so i told her i would start to save my money & we would see. It sounded like a lot of fun so i kept thinking that i would put a little money away every pay check & we would go from there. When andy & i got our stimulus taxes back he let me put it all in savings, (thanks, Baba,Andy boy :) Well in between all of this my neighbor wanted 2 buy my 4-wheeler, so i sold it & bought a RHINO. Well there went most of my money for the down payment on the RHINO! I was okay with that cause we really needed more space 4 our kids when we are in the mountains. I just kept saving a little, then about a month ago one of the girls that is in the riding group decided 2 sale her bike that she had just bought in may. She was ready to upgrade. So 2 make a longer story short. I bought it!!! YEAH, it was the best thing to buy @ the time cause she gave me a slammin deal. So im glad i waited. So 4 almost two months now i've been faithfully riding with a great bunch of riders. my first ride was to kayenta. About 34 miles. I was sooo... sick with a sinus infection, but was bound & determined 2 go! So i did. It was hard as HELL!!! But now it makes the ride every sunday morning that much easier,now that i'm not sick. The first 16 miles 2 Kayenta r all up hill so it is a reward when we get 2 the coffee shop to have our latte's & breakfast. Ive now been on four early morning, sunday coffee rides, & try 2 go with the riding gang at least 2 days during the week, 4 the 25 mile fields ride. I rode the first two rides with out my clip in peddles, but now i got them & im getting better @ them. I love it & im getting OBSESSED ! It is too much fun & there r lots if cool people riding. We have any where from 5 to 15 people or more, just depending on the day or ride. Dave & Kim r having jersey's made up for us so we all look the same, they will have pizza factory, (since the r owners), Dats trucking, (owners, in our group), & the post office logo's,(since a few of us work there), on them & our names. We will all look the same. It should be awesome! Well so now u know about my new OBBSESSION. Also i love spin class on wed. @ the rec. center w/ Mel, Marett, Chris & Shalyn. So i get 2 cycle about 4 times a week! I LOVE IT !!!!

Kylee's 5th b-day party @ sand hallow pool. how little does she look.? they all three look so little. WOW, time flys. Andy & i had only been married not even a year yet in this photo. It was a fun day 4 Kylee she got lots of brat dolls that year, i remember they were just coming out & were real popular. Melanie was @ this party with the girls too! i remember that they also gave kylee two brat dolls this party!! WELL there is my TaGGed blog post. It was fun, thanks mel!!

we went 2 yankee meadow the 3rd weekend of the bow hunt. ryan & janee also went. we had lots of fun. we did lots of riding the rhino, 4-wheeler & site seeing. it was really fun & soo pretty up there. only seen a few deer though. but we still hadd a blast. hunter & kylee took turns driving the rhino, & aspen played in her swing that andy made her. also uncle ryan helped all the kids carve their own walking sticks with their names on them. thanks ry-guy!
